Summer vacation is finally here! For many of us, it means sunshine, longer days, and the best part – traveling! I am very excited because my family and I are planning a trip to the beach. We are going to spend a week there, and I can't wait to see what adventures await us.
Traveling is more than just going from one place to another. It's about exploring new places, experiencing different things, and making memories that will last a lifetime. Before our trip, my parents taught me how to pack my suitcase. I put in my swimwear, sunscreen, hats, and of course, some books to read. Packing light but smart is important, especially when you are a kid.
When we arrive at the beach, the first thing I want to do is run into the cool, clear water. The sand is warm under my feet, and the waves gently splash around me. I love building sandcastles with my brother and sister. We use seashells and small sticks to make them extra special. We also look for interesting shells and smooth pebbles to collect. Sometimes, we just lie on the sand, watch the beautiful blue sky, and listen to the sound of the waves. It's very relaxing.
In the evenings, we often have picnics on the beach. My mom prepares delicious food
